Over the years I've gained experience applying methods like problem framing, user interviews, contextual inquiries, journey mapping and desk research to explore people’s needs and expectations.

Synthesis 
Research results are only as good as the meaning that you can derive from it. My ambition is to successfully put user needs, business objectives, brand purpose and all sorts of limitations in context to name project goals, define design principles and identify opportunity fields with impact and value for companies and people alike.

Ideation 
Iterating mock-ups, questioning approaches, changing perspectives as well as regularly switching from details to the big picture and back again is my daily endeavour. The results range from strategic presentations to high level user journeys as well as from mockups to high fidelity prototypes.
